Shipping FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

I try to dispatch orders next day once payment has been processed, but please allow me up to 3 days (this does not include weekends).

If a piece is made to order, it may take 4-5 days for your jewelry to ship.

 Will I receive tracking?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  

When will my package be delivered?

Once shipped, your package should be delivered in 3-5 days via USPS First Class mail. Sometimes there are delays depending on weather, holidays, etc. 

Delivery time is different for international orders. 

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Please contact me as soon as possible. Once your package has shipped, there is nothing I can do to change the address, and I cannot issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to provide me with a correct address.

What happens if my package is lost during shipment?

No worries, your package is insured! In the case of a lost package, I will initiate a missing package search through USPS to see if it can be located. If not, you will be refunded!

There have been delivery and scanning delays, please allow some time and see if your package shows up first!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping costs differ, so please send me an email with your address so I can provide a quote and time estimate!
